Rimini Street, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMNI), a global provider of enterprise software support products and services, seeks a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst.  This role can be based in our Pleasanton, CA or Las Vegas, NV offices, or remotely in the US.

Position Summary

 

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will perform weekly reporting, manage sales tools, implement sales process/policies, and conduct various ad hoc analysis to help Rimini Street achieve its sales and business objectives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble weekly reports, analysis, and forecast packs for sales management
  • Setup reports and dashboards for sales team in Salesforce.com
  • Design, create, maintain reports and dashboards in Qlik
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to determine key metrics and trends for sales planning purposes
  • Work with sales management and other sales ops team members to jointly develop and implement process/policies
  • Evaluate, procure, and manage tools for sales team to improve sales productivity
  • Support ad hoc requests from sales team in your assigned region

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Minimal Qualifications  

 

Education

  • College degree in finance, accounting, business or related field (Graduate degree preferred)

 Location

  • Pleasanton, CA or Las Vegas, NV offices, or remotely in the US

 

Experience  

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales operations or sales finance related experience

 Skills  

  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous in detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze ambiguous data, and translate into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
  • Strong aptitude for other Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Qlik, amongst other tools)
  • Self-motivated, deadline driven, and able to work independently or in a collaborative environment
  • Highly responsive, culturally sensitive, able to support worldwide operations in a 24x7 environment
