Position Summary


Rimini Street is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sr. Global Recruiter to successfully support both technical and non-technical business units. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ERP market, a proven track record of success recruiting passive and active candidates and partnering with hiring management to define roles and implement successful hiring strategies around the globe. This role will include full lifecycle recruiting along with building strong relationships with hiring managers and the candidate community at large. We are a growing, fast paced and high achieving team looking for another great teammate! 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Point of contact with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions by understanding the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit
  • Experience and comfortable with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Use your expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate top talent across all functional groups
  • Proactively seek out hiring managers and candidates with superior follow through skills to enhance their respective experiences and relationships
  • Build brand awareness and interest throughout our APAC region:  Australia, Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan, etc.
  • Expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques will be used. This includes cold calling, screening and qualifying prospective candidates, manage interview and offer processes, conduct reference checks, make salary recommendations, and close candidates within a timely manner
  • Manage candidates through entire recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a positive experience as well as appropriate legal and compliant employment processes
  • Manage communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout entire hiring process
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System including all changes, updates and reporting
  • Process oriented and ability recommend process design in the development a global recruiting process


Minimal Qualifications



  • Greater Sydney, Australia area



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience 


  • 5-8 years of direct experience sourcing, recruiting, closing, creating and managing process, and managing client and candidate relationships on a global scale
  • Experience recruiting globally, specifically throughout Asia Pacific Region (APAC)


  • Solid knowledge of employment law
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Must be able to manage highly confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture

Desired Qualifications

  • Startup experience along with the ability to scale with a fast growing company
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with Applicant tracking Systems (iCIMS a plus)
