Position Summary


You will design, develop, and deliver regular, high quality, mixed media field training and content to drive knowledge, efficiency, and productivity in a rapidly growing sales organization.


Area of Impact

Direct impact on sales effectiveness of all front-line and first-line management sales professionals. Help to advance financial achievements within Sales and work with leaders to identify gaps in performance that lead to barriers to sales enablement. Successful execution of this role will lead to sales pipeline acceleration, higher conversion close ratios, integrated selling, and achievement of growing revenue goals with the company. New hires will be profitable faster.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive formal monthly, quarterly and annual learning programs and events as defined by the strategy to enhance the capabilities and productivity of the global field organization
  • Create and maintain the curriculum development roadmap as well as own the curriculum backlog
  • Work with various constituencies from marketing, product management, support delivery, executive staff and other functions to deliver classroom training for new hires
  • Test and certify the field with existing and new content to ensure maximum effectiveness
  • Establish appropriate measurement criteria for the enablement function and report to management quantifiable progress over time
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, industry trends, customers and field personnel such that curriculum adjustments and delivery mechanisms are timely and high value




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Required Experience

  • 5 – 7+ years of extensive experience in field training, enablement tool creation and course development
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change
  • Ability to translate strategy and competencies into sales growth enablement program/curricula
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
  • Proficiency in the following applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and one or more of the following: MindTickle, On24, and Camtasia
  • Highly knowledgeable on sales and sales tools/training that aid in the optimization of roles and success rates
  • Understanding and experience with global cultures
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • Can build executive-level partnerships with internal and external stakeholders that can be leveraged to build strong cross-functional opportunities
  • Ability to create opportunities for development that will stretch individuals outside their current comfort zone as well as provide on-going coaching and development of individuals
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at one time while meeting all key deliverables
  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams internally and externally, in-person and virtually
  • Ability to work independently
