As the Sr. Manager, Sales Development you will grow and lead a North America team of talented sales development representatives to deliver qualified leads to help achieve Rimini Street’s sales objectives.
This critical leadership role is a key contributor in building and executing a sales development plan to hit company lead targets. The ideal candidate thinks strategically but also executes plans with a sense of urgency required to meet our aggressive goals. The ideal candidate is a team player, working in close collaboration with both marketing and sales to hit the targets. This manager is actively involved in ensuring the success of the individuals on their team. The ideal candidate will lead with confidence through demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the sales development process including the latest technologies and methodologies.
