Position Summary


The primary responsibility for this position will be gathering the necessary data for Sales commission payments.  This person must understand the Sales Commission plan and extract data from the booked contracts to accurately pay the Commissioned Sales Team members, monthly.  The data will be entered into Saleforce by this position before being extracted to Callidus Cloud.  In addition, this position will create and maintain reports in Salesforce, Excel, or Qlik, as needed, and ensure the data integrity of the reports.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review Sales Contracts, Extract information needed to pay Commissions according to Plan, Enter data into Database
  • Create Reports in Salesforce to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with Salesforce Account Data clean-up for Territory Assignments
  • Create Lead Reports in Salesforce, Excel, Qlik

Additional Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist with ad hoc Sales Reporting and Analysis 
  • Assist Sales team as needed


Minimal Qualifications  

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong ability to read an English legal contract and comprehend terms and conditions related to Sales Commissions
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing performance metrics
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Accounts/Opportunities/Reports/Dashboards
  • Strong ability to work independently and report progress

  • University Degree in Business 



  • 5+ years experience in Commission processing/Sales Operations/Finance


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience creating Reports and Dashboards in a BI tool – preferably Qlik
  • Experience working with a Commissions tool – preferably Callidus Cloud
  • Additional Salesforce knowledge of Setup/Products/Contacts/Assets
