Position Summary


Rimini Street is seeking a data driven candidate for the Operations Salesforce Analyst position within their Global Service Delivery department. Passion for working within a dynamic team on constant product and process improvement, driving solutions that are efficient and effective, writing business requirements and diagrams, and utilizing the latest in software technology.  You will conduct full lifecycle activates to include requirements analysis and design, Salesforce development, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.  The right candidate will need to be able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment both individually and in a group setting.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Salesforce CRM development in objects and coding
  • Drive solutions in Salesforce CRM and other integrated software solutions
  • Business requirements creation
  • Works with the organization on process and product enhancements needs in Salesforce CRM and other integrated solutions
  • Works with IT to test and provide feedback on solutions
  • Facilitate design sessions with all levels of the organization
  • Meet with executive leadership to drive to efficiencies in product and process
  • Lead solution discovery sessions with various departments within the organization
  • Analyze data to ensure data accuracy and identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve them
  • Create and update user documentations and guides
  • Ability to locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability and willingness to engage in many different and simultaneous tasks
  • Desire to learn and mentor others via hands-on, apprenticeship model



Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ad-hoc one-off projects and assignments
  • Help troubleshoot issues across the department and organization



  • This position is based out of the Las Vegas office or local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area



  • BS/BA degree required, major(s) in Computer/Software related degrees or Management Information Systems preferred



  • 5+ years of professional work experience in this field



  • 5 plus years expert level with Salesforce.com CRM
  • 5 plus years expert level Salesforce development
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • JIRA experience is a plus
  • Project Management experience
  • Worked in an Agile environment
