    Position Summary

    Manager, Salesforce Applications Development & support will be responsible to manage a team of Salesforce business analysts and developers who are focused on delivering IT applications projects in Salesforce and provide ultra-responsive support services to Rimini’s clients and internal business users. You will oversee day-to-day activities of the team, work closely with business to deliver company-wide project initiatives on time & within budget.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Plans, directs and coordinates all application development activities mainly in Salesforce with best practices and methodology
    • Manages daily activities of the team by prioritizing projects, tasks for the team in alignment with company’s goals, objectives, and performance metrics
    • Provide leadership for the team to ensure successful execution of key business applications initiatives and projects
    • Advise application owners on Technology solutions and provide assistance by recognizing their departmental needs and creating, delivering innovative solutions to meet those needs
    • Respond to business questions and proactively work to resolve production issues by implementing solutions with best practices for long term goals
    • Develop, Maintain, upgrade applications roadmap for Rimini’s mission critical applications to keep platforms up-to-date with latest application and security patches
    • Provide a high quality customer support and services to Rimini’s clients, business users
    • Lead, conduct status update and review meetings with business stakeholders consists of Users, Managers, Directors
    • Mentor, and lead team of application analysts and developers
    • Manage vendor contracts & relationship, and continuously look for better, efficient and cost effective solutions to improve productivity, scalability aligned with Rimini’s global expansion

    Minimal Qualifications & Education

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience



    • Minimum 10+ Years of experience of application development and services preferably with IT industry 
    • Minimum 5 years of Managing Direct reports in corporate environment
    • Technology experience to include: Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics AX, ADP, Concur and other applications
    • Understanding of Sales, Marketing and Support Services


    • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
    • Solid understanding of process and how it impacts business operations efficiency and project success
    • Proven ability to direct and influence other senior staff / executives outside the direct line management structure
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent creative problem solving skills
    • Excellent documentation and training skills
    • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations
    • Understanding of Sales, Marketing and Support Services

    • Professional certifications related to management, leadership, and job responsibilities
    • Working knowledge and Technology experience including: Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics AX, ADP, Concur and other applications.
    • Exceptional Leadership skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong peer relationships, gaining trust and confidence from all levels within the organization
    • Self-starter who is able to take initiative with process improvement
