    Position Summary


    The Business Analyst will act as subject matter expertise and responsible for functional and technical aspect of Dynamics AX. This position will play a key role in analysis, design, develop solutions using best practices to implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in Dynamics AX,


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Analyze, scope, architect, and deliver integrated, scalable ERP solutions mainly based out of Dynamics AX
    • Identify, understand, and define business requirements to provide effective solutions
    • Design and document functional requirements, workflow, and system specifications
    • Implement, setup, configure financial modules in Dynamics AX
    • Work closely with business stakeholder across multiple functional areas, understand business processes, map and configure the requirements in Dynamics AX
    • Develop, customize forms in Dynamics AX, build reports, writing SQL queries to fetch data extracts
    • Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users
    • Design interfaces to integrate various systems with Dynamics AX
    • Troubleshoot, resolve day to day operational and administration issues in Dynamics AX
    • Experienced in full life cycle implementation, upgrade, and applications support of Dynamics AX
    • Experienced in Dynamics AX financial modules such as Contracts, Accounts payables, Receivables, GL, Assets, Bank, etc.

    Additional Duties & Responsibilities

    • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve other key business applications such as QlikView, Management reporter, Adaptive planning, ADP, SharePoint and Salesforce
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment, while also working independently
    • Document, maintain and follow SOX Audit control processes such as change management, program development in IT business areas



    Minimal Qualifications



    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience


    • 5 - 7 Years of experience with Dynamics AX implementation, upgrade and application support


    • Excellent business acumen combined with strong communication, consultative, and project management skills
    • Certification(s) in Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
    • Working knowledge Microsoft technologies including X++, ASP,.NET and SQL server
    • Knowledge of accounting, finance best practices a plus
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Strong creative problem solving and documentation skills
