    Position Summary

    This professional will support Rimini Street’s marketing operations in EMEA focusing on data management and marketing automation execution to support our demand generation, client retention and sales efforts in the region. This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Director, EMEA. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage EMEA marketing database, including contact and account acquisition, data management and hygiene
    • Targeted territory account and contact clean-ups to support territory lead generation
    • Analysis and reporting on data quality and database health (SalesForce)
    • Support list import and lead processing for campaign promotion and follow up
    • Segment the marketing database and perform list pulls for efficient and effective campaign targeting
    • Utilize third party data sources to improve account and contact insights
    • Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigation/discovery to identify business and marketing trends or anomalies
    • Identify areas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM tool and data sources
    • Marketo execution including email and landing page design, campaign workflow, list segmentation, testing and deployment
    • Support email campaign execution for client marketing, PR, and demand generation
    • Build and maintain email nurturing tracks (Marketo email drips, update content)
    • Track email performance, and creating regular reports for review
    • Ensures utilization of best practices and data compliance around permission-based marketing like GDPR compliance


    Additional Duties and responsibilities


    • Adhoc one-off projects and assignments
    • Support data integration paths between Salesforce and Marketo






    Minimal Qualifications  




    • London, UK



    • University or college degree must 


    • At least 2-3 years marketing experience  


    • Strong planning and detail orientation. Highly organized and efficient
    • Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities against regional objectives in a fast pace, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to work independently with mild supervision
    • Experience working with remote and/or offshore teams including US corporate and India data management teams
    • Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
    • Comfortable with a process driven approach
    • Professional approach towards everything that you do, and you thrive on challenges with a positive attitude
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong and proficient working knowledge of Excel
    • Experience with SalesForce.com and Marketo required (or other marketing automation system)


    Desired Qualifications


    • Knowledge of email and landing page best practices preferred
    • French or German language skill is a plus
