    Position Summary

    We are seeking an aggressive, smart candidate to manage our Sales Territories.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform annual territory planning for our North America operations 
    • Work with Data Management team throughout the year to improve data integrity in SFDC
    • Using Hoovers (D&B), research account data and hierachies
    • Improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes; implementing changes
    • Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigation/discovery to identify and/or explain trends or anomalies
    • Identify areas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Territory Planning
    • Works to create a culture of continuous improvement
    • Work with sales management and other sales ops team members to jointly develop and implement process/policies

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    Education

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience


    Experience
      

    • Minimum of 7+ years in Sales Operations
    • Extensive experience with SalesForce.com
    • The ability to form and communicate a strong point of view on a data approach based on usability and data integrity
    • Strong expertise in building out territories in North America
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to define, document and manage processes and systems
    • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills in American English
    • Extensive experience researching accounts in Hoovers (D&B)

      

    Skills  

    • Meticulous in detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to collect and analyze ambiguous data, and translate into business insights
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
    • Strong aptitude for other Business Tools (e.g. TerrAlign and Hoovers, amongst other tools)
    • Self-motivated, deadline driven, and able to work independently or in a collaborative environment
    • Highly responsive, culturally sensitive, able to support worldwide operations in a 24x7 environment
