    We actively seek a Marketing Automation Specialist resident in our Hyderabad, India office.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build best-practice marketing automation programs within the Marketo platform (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.)
    • Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting
    • Assist with designing lead generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communication programs
    • Update marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements dictate
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of each and every campaign and communicate results to key stakeholders
    • Help create and maintain a marketing dashboard of key performance indicators that is automatically updated to reflect current marketing activity
    • Document functional requirements into technical execution details to ensure solutions are delivered to meet the needs of the business
    • Assists in the development of training documentation
    • Document and enforce marketing automation processes and procedures
    • Train marketing department on how to accomplish basic tasks within the marketing automation platform
    • Communicate and clarify enhancements to automation systems. Provides info and assistance for the launch of new application functionality
    • Assist in the creation of nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization
    • Work with the web team to drive deeper Marketo integration (RTP) into the website to improve lead quality and visibility to lead sources and activities

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or other technology related field required

    Minimal Qualifications  

    • Strong understanding of Marketo marketing automation (Marketo Certification desired), Salesforce CRM, and other marketing business systems
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet competing deadlines
    • Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
    • Strong knowledge of the design and quality assurance of lead scoring and multi-tiered programs
    • Good knowledge of HTML
    • Good data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
    • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
    • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand
    • Ability to work and promote inclusiveness in small groups

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 3 - 5 years of Marketo experience, including experience building complex lead nurturing workflows
    • Marketo Expert Certification
    • Service-oriented/consultant approach to serving our marketing teams
    • HTML programming
    • Desire to learn new marketing technologies and how to integrate into a tech stack
    • Understanding of B2B marketing programs, lead management and revenue marketing philosophies
