    Position Summary


    The Director, Business Applications will be responsible and accountable for strategic management of our business applications related to sales, marketing and service delivery business functions. This role will work closely with our sales, marketing, service delivery operations teams to prioritize key business initiatives manage from a technology side.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Build, manage, grow and lead team of business analysts, developers and administrators
    • Plans, directs and coordinates application development & support activities with best practices and methodology
    • Partner with leadership team and stakeholders to ensure that the project roadmap continuously reflects business priorities as projects and business needs change
    • Defining technical and system requirements, delivery roadmaps, and go-forward support processes
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies
    • Partner with IT leadership team to define and implement long term strategic roadmaps
    • Interfaces with all levels of management, implementing processes and technology that support business value and process efficiency across business and technical functions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and leadership across multiple divisions
    • Foster a strong customer centric culture through your organization
    • Manage vendor contracts & relationship, and continuously look for better, efficient and cost effective solutions to improve productivity, scalability aligned with Rimini’s global expansion

    Additional Duties & Responsibilities

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience


    • Minimum 15+ Years of experience of application development and services preferably with IT industry
    • Minimum 10 years of Managing Direct reports in corporate environment
    • Strong experience with applications such as Salesforce, SF Apps, CRM and Understanding of Sales, Marketing and Support services
    • Proven track record building and growing teams


    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and project efficiently and effectively
    • Solid understanding of process and how it impacts business operations efficiency and project success
    • Develop and maintain relationships with leadership executives across multiple divisions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent creative problem solving skills
    • Excellent documentation and training skills
    • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations
    • Understanding of Sales, Marketing and Support Services
