    Position Summary

     

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to sell our world-class service offerings. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, ability to meet/exceed quotas, and taking business to the next level. Must be hungry and have a passion for winning. We need someone that can be very hands-on, do whatever it takes to build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term sales plans and execute on them for our prospects. 
     

    The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience selling ERP software solutions for SAP and/or Oracle as well as proven success at smaller start-up companies. Our business is critical for our Account Executives to have competed against Oracle and/or SAP in complex selling situations. You will have experience in unseating the incumbent (Oracle or SAP).

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for building sales pipeline in defined territory
    • Meet/Exceed quarterly quota targets
    • Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal
    • Manage and follow up on qualified leads
    • Provide and guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward the RSI solution
    • Execute on RSI sales methodology
    • Update and track all activities in our SalesForce CRM automation tool
    • Travel expectations – 25% to 35%

    • Must be located in Sweden

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required or European equivalent

    Experience

    • 10+ years experience selling ERP software solutions for SAP and/or Oracle as well as proven success at smaller start-up companies.
    • Our business is critical for our Account Executives to have competed against Oracle and/or SAP in complex selling situations
    • Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry
    • Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement
    • Experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment 
    • Experience working with a remote virtual account team as an individual representing a region

    • Experience across Scandinavia and Finland

    • Experience working alone within a distributed work force is essential.

    Skills

    • Fluency in English and Swedish required 
    • Engage with a consultative sales approach
    • Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills

    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities.
    • Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
    • Ability to leverage supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience selling for major software vendors (e.g. SAP or Oracle) or competed against them in complex selling situations while selling for smaller start-up companies
