    Position Summary




    The Graphic Artist/Visual Designer role is responsible for creating visual media to support our corporate brand identity through both print and digital channels. This is an onsite full-time position based in Pleasanton.

    Our ideal candidate will have an impeccable design aesthetic and be able to logically implement their design(s) in a strategic way to produce high-end, engaging visuals to support all areas of corporate marketing, include demand generation, events, and corporate collateral.

    • Feel comfortable digesting complex information and then easily simplify it for a broad audience to understand
    • Be confident and comfortable taking either a lead or supporting role for different projects as needed
    • Be professional, diplomatic, and collaborative with many groups and individuals with needs that require design solutions
    • Be a brand ambassador vs a brand police.  Showcase the best of the brand as agreed within corporate marketing



     Additional Duties and Responsibilities



    • Help drive brand evolution through execution of design for presentations, print media, digital illustrations, icons, event collateral, and other media across all marketing channels
    • Ability to help ideate on the best asset types to support the outbound promotion of corporate marketing content and collateral
    • Lead the visual design and delivery of production-ready collateral files through to final distribution processes
    • Partner with web, creative, and editorial teams to deliver all projects on time and ensure alignment with both current design and content marketing strategy
    • Stay on top of market trends as it relates to visual design to keep the brand fresh and relevant
    • Ability to create well designed and thoughtful ways of presenting visuals and content in PowerPoint slides decks for tradeshows, keynotes, meetings, sales presentations, etc.



    Minimal Qualifications



    • Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a mid-senior level print or graphic artist/visual designer
    • Experience in a corporate B2B marketing environment, digital marketing agency, or internal creative/studio team working with B2B technology clients
    • Experience collaborating with marketing partners including product marketing and other organizations and business units 
    • Must possess diverse visual portfolio, with demonstrable proficiency in the following areas \of design thinking: Graphic Design; Branding; Layout and Composition; Iconography; Infographics; Web Layout; and/or UI design.





    • BA in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts or related field, BS degree, or equivalent year-for-year professional work experience





    • Pixel perfect expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
    • Microsoft Office
