    Position Summary


    Our marketing team is growing and so is the list of strategic programs we are developing each month. We are looking for a smart, highly-motivated and organized project coordinator who wants to be at the center of the action.


    Rimini Street is the leading independent provider of enterprise software support services. We are redefining enterprise support services with innovative, next-generation support and services to enable Oracle, Siebel, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and SAP licensees to remain on their current software release without any required upgrades or migrations, with cost savings of at least 90% in operational costs.


    Reporting to the Director of Integrated Campaigns, this person will manage a diverse range of projects and campaigns, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with clear objectives and priorities.


    Candidate Profile:

    The ideal candidate is excited about learning how to build and execute all aspects of direct marketing programs, including email, direct mail, database marketing, lead generation, telemarketing, and tradeshows/events. Duties include:

    • Building out Workfront plans, including milestones, owners, 

    • Running webcast production from start to finish

    • Interfacing with the Data Management team to get leads into the sales workflow

    • Setting up call blitz days with the global Inside Sales organization

    • Collaborating with Creative Services, Product Marketing and other internal teams to gather deliverables and maintain deadlines

    • Managing external partners, including On24, third party media vendors who are involved in the lifecycle of our campaigns

    • Coordinating all aspects of the communications mix including print and online advertising, collateral and literature, events, direct marketing, email marketing, and related programs

    • Reporting to all teams involved in projects as to ongoing status, roadblocks, results to keep projects running smoothly



    • Relevant college degree



    • Pleasanton, CA


    • Five years administrative or project coordination experience



    • Strong organizational skills – particularly using Smartsheet, Workfront and other project tools

    • Extraordinary interpersonal and relationship management skills – particularly with the goal of getting teams to deliver on the plan

    • Strong written, editing, proofreading and oral communication skills; attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude. 

    • Ability to work with varied groups including executive management, customers, media, and internal teams 

    • Desire to learn how lead generation results translate into sales revenue

    • Ability to effectively operate and produce results in a matrixed environment
