    Position Summary


    Rimini Street provides support and software updates for issues, application fixes, regulatory compliance, taxation updates, payroll updates and much more. This position is responsible for translating Service Delivery Communications between Clients and Global team as the following:

    • Translating cases from clients to the Global Team: Japanese > English
    • Translating response from Global Team to clients: English > Japanese
    • Assist English/Japanese interpretation for web conference with clients and global team
    • Translating technical materials


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide in-depth knowledge of translation
    • Assist the Support Team with translating activities related to support cases
    • Work closely with the Global Support Team to ensure adherence to the high quantity communication with clients
    • Be committed to excellence and high quality standards
    • Support general affairs (Assist of client meeting, Support of Event, etc.)


    Additional Duties and Responsibilities

    • Other job related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time



    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field


    • Tokyo, Japan


    • 5+ years relevant SAP and/or Oracle experience
    • 3+ years direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment
    • Logical communication skills
    • SAP and/or Oracle certification(s) preferred
    • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle products related translation activity


    • Ability to work closely with team and clients to ensure effective communication
    • Skills
    • Strong translation skills (English into Japanese, Japanese into English)
    • Experience in the supporting IT project
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with other teams in a company setting
