    Position Summary

    Rimini Street’s Global Talent Acquisition team is currently seeking a Global Talent Sourcer to support our growing business across multiple, global geographies.  As a Global Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent and play a pivotal role in the discovery of people throughout our APAC theater.


    We will provide the tools and resources and you will bring your passion for identifying top, passive talent across various product lines and services.  Once identified, you will build a relationship with these individuals and help connect them to career opportunities with Rimini Street.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Partner with in-house Talent Acquisition Managers to gain an understanding of the needs of client groups and candidate profiles
    • Perform research / searching using advanced techniques on passive talent through social media, job boards, our ATS and external networks across multiple, global geographies
    • Identify, screen and access talent and sell the Rimini Street opportunity
    • Deliver findings through written feedback to the Talent Acquisition Managers on candidate skills, fit and compensation
    • Research and identify innovative and creative strategies to identify candidates in APAC region
    • Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
    • Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations
    • Utilize social media to help market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates 

    Additional Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist with interview scheduling, as needed.



    • Tokyo, Japan


    • 5+ years of talent sourcing experience, in either an agency or in-house recruiting role 


    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, LinkedIn Recruiter and thorough knowledge of web-based recruitment strategies
    • Self-starter with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers
    • Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into search strategies
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail required. Must be able to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines.
    • Professionally manages information of a confidential nature
    • Strong communicator, energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible
    • Bi-lingual in Japanese and English
