    Position Summary


    As the Director/VP Corporate Marketing, you will grow and lead a talented Corporate Marketing team to build the Rimini Street brand across global markets, successfully promote the company and its clients through traditional and digital, and develop and execute a strong content marketing strategy.   


    This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is a tremendous opportunity to make a huge, direct impact on the success of Rimini Street’s aggressive growth objectives. 


    Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successfully building and guiding global corporate marketing teams.  This senior member of the marketing team will be a strong leader with experience across the diverse set of capabilities required to ensure team more than achieves its goals, including content marketing, public and analyst relations, brand development, creative, digital marketing, B2B marketing, and thought leadership campaigns.



    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • There are three primary focus areas for this role: 1) Brand strategy and creative services, 2) website and digital presence, and 3) building a strong content strategy and engine, all on a global basis.
    • Define the Corporate Marketing vision and strategy
    • Build, manage and lead an experienced global corporate marketing team to achieve identified objectives
    • Work closely with the Marketing leadership team to define the strategic objectives for all of marketing and build strong working relationships based on trust and delivery with the broader team
    • Build an industry leading content marketing program that drives awareness of Rimini Street, the related business challenges, and how Rimini Street can help, while also engages prospects in a valued dialogue with the Company
    • Define, document and educate the organization on how to apply content strategy best practices to content planning and creation
    • Orchestrate and build audience-centric, high-quality and scalable content assets that support marketing strategy, programs and tactics.
    • Lead website team in evolution of corporate website to better engage users, educate on the value of Rimini Street and convert into early stage, known prospect.
    • Drive creation and maintenance of web, print and related content to meet the global needs of our sales and support teams
    • Drive overall brand strategy for Rimini Street with ownership of our brand platform, brand architecture, messaging/positioning frameworks, and voice and tone
    • Lead a creative team of visual designers and content creators in developing marketing programs that engage prospects and clients, as well as assets and deliverables for internal teams, delivering on the brand promise globally
    • Drive all creative execution across Rimini Street.com and all digital properties
    • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual expressions across corporate, product, partner, and customer communications
    • Drive overall brand event experience in collaboration with our events team for all industry tradeshows and annual conferences
    • Manage budget and brand agency to develop annual brand strategy plans, and execute to maximize results
    • Collaborate with PR, AR, social media, creative, content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and customer marketing to drive key campaigns
    • Manage an enterprise-wide brand site that allows for sharing and distribution of global brand assets, including a photo library and corporate templates

    • Bachelor’s degree




    • 10+ years of corporate marketing / marketing communications in B2B required



    • Software/services industry experience a plus
    • Highly motivated and committed leader with management experience including setting the vision for a team, driving towards goals, and offering development and mentoring
    • Proven track record in creating innovative and targeted brand campaigns and programs that generate results
    • Experience managing brand agencies and vendors
    • Solid track record for generating successful corporate campaigns across all channels
    • Proactive and outgoing with a get-it-done attitude.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and can be equally effective in both formal and informal settings with customers, senior executives, peers and business partners
    • Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
