    Position Summary

     

    As directed by the Director and Managing Counsel, Intellectual Property, the Legal-Marketing Coordinator shall perform or assist with the following matters:

    • Organization and coordination of review of marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns, including developing a deep understanding of various technology product initiatives.
    • Review marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns (for Internet, print and television), related internal documents and branding for IP, corporate, litigation and regulatory concerns.

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    Education

    • Undergraduate degree required
    • Paralegal certificate preferred
    • Marketing or intellectual property-specific education a plus

     

    Experience

    • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate marketing environment is preferred. However, we will train an entry-level employee who shows particular talent for organization, communication, time management, people skills, and is a demonstrated self-starter.

    • Typically up to 10% domestic travel
