    We are looking for a passionate, creative and analytical Campaign Execution Lead to join our Marketing Operations team. The Campaign Execution Lead will be responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for automated marketing programs and email distribution. This role will be tactically focused on the execution of marketing automation platform (MAP) related tasks and will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation in our Hyderabad, India location.

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy
    • Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
    • Create nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization
    • Document MAP processes, programs and procedures
    • Monitor and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications
    • Standardize, cleanse and upload contact lists into the MAP
    • Train marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree, in computer science, marketing or business preferred

    • Hyderabad, India

     

    Background / Experience:

    • 5+ years of marketing automation platform (MAP) administration experience
    • 5+ years of experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing)
    • Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements
    • Experience with SFA/ CRM (SFDC, MS Dynamics, etc.)

    Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
    • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
