Position Summary

This role is perfect for an Administrative Assistant looking for advancement. You will perform a variety of administrative duties and projects for one or two Rimini Street, Inc. Group Vice Presidents.  Work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment.  Acts as an expert in knowledge of Corporate policy and has access to extremely confidential information.  Executes specialized or continuous projects and research assignments involving analysis of variables.  Makes high level contacts of sensitive, complex and highly confidential nature, both inside and outside the Company.  Works under limited or no supervision.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact for the colleagues in the Labs and globally
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing calendars and set up meetings
  • Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Ability to analyze data for reporting
  • Producing reports, presentations, and periodic newsletters
  • Managing visitors and client visits
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Education

 

              A management degree is essential.
